Turn an ordinary day into a

play day for your dog!


 
TK-9’s spacious play areas feature lots of room and fun equipment where dogs can romp, socialize and explore—and are always monitored by our trainers and staff. And if your puppy needs daycare, TK-9 has a special section just for dogs from 9 weeks to 12 months old. We’ll also show your puppy how to play nicely with others and help him or her with crate and potty training.

    Our puppies, Rollo and Huck, have gone to Tecla Academy for daycare each and every day since they were about 4 and 5 months old. Both LOVE the staff and other dogs at daycare. We are always notified if the pups didn’t finish food and any other quick updates upon pickup. We love the socialization they are receiving and that they get to run out some of that puppy energy! The puppies also completed the Purely Positive Puppy course which has helped immensely in their journey of learning manners! 🙂

  • What time can I drop off and pick up my dog?

    Daycare Drop-Off Times: Monday through Friday from 6:30-10:30 a.m.

    Daycare Pick-Up Times: 4-7 p.m.

    Outside of hours accommodations can be made by request and an additional $25 fee will be applied to your account.

  • What will my dog do during daycare?

    We begin putting dogs into play a 9 a.m. and completely close the playrooms at 5 p.m. At drop-off each dog is settled in a kennel with a fresh water bucket. We then completely health check and potty walk each dog prior to putting them into play and upon removing them from play. While in play, your dog is monitored by Trainers and Staff. We provide academy sessions and lunch breaks per request.

  • Do I need to schedule a day everytime I want to drop off my dog?

    We only require a reservation for your dog's first day at TK-9. After your dog has been to TK-9, daycare is a convenient drop off service at your leisure.

  • What do I need to bring?

    Your dog's up-to-date vaccination records

    Flat neck collar (harnesses are not allowed in the playroom)

  • What kind of training do you offer during daycare?

    We offer Academy Sessions for $15 to help polish your dogs skills while they are at TK-9. Each academy session is led by a highly trained staff member. This service must be requested at drop off.
